Anyone having issues with Game Center?
Pricing for next season hasn't been announced, but I don't think it will be the same $60 that it is right now. CI is like the other out-of-market packages though -- it is auto-renewal for next season (unless you take action to cancel before the season starts, you've automatically signed up the the season). But the rate doesn't auto-renewal at the current rate.
Definitely not the case.
Is there a free preview on Game Center, not CI? I wanted to try to compare the two and someone here said there was one but I don't see it anywhere.
Free preview from now until the 31st for CI. On DirecTV, channels 769-785.
I know that. I was wondering if there was one for Game Center, so I could compare the two.
Game Center has a free preview, on the app you just select a game and click the free preview link. One major difference is that they do not show commercial breaks and other segments, so with Game Center you won't get Hockey Night in Canada's segments like Hockey Tonight, Coach's Corner and After Hours.
Game Center isn't working for me on either my iPad or Galaxy S3. I keep getting an error that the "network connection not available."
It was working earlier today, anybody else with that problem?
Also, I have a question about Game Center on a Verizon phone. I called **NHL, listened to the message from Jonathan Quick, and then clicked the link for the "free premium upgrade." Does that mean that as a Verizon customer I can get Game Center premium free?
When I try to connect with my Xbox it says it can't connect. Same with my Roku box.
Gamecenter is not working.
DirecTV had nothing to do with Game Center.
I tried Game Center last season and quickly cancelled for that very reason. It's a deal breaker for me and the reason I will only subscribe to Center Ice. Not to mention the PQ on Center Ice is much better.
Thanks for that. Inside info?
Where is the HNIC games?
Looks like I will stick with CI, for this season. Sounds like GCL has some issues, plus in hockey PQ makes a big difference when looking for that small puck.
I always find the free views an interesting time since I get them in fios. It gives me a chance to compare. Where fios is usually as good or better than much of directv, they always come up a bit short on the sports packages. Holds true again comparing games side by side. Even their SD is usually worse, which is NEVER true for regular channels. I guess it is the provider they work with.
No duh, Sherlock
