On Demand channels not available

    I am no longer able to access my OnDemand (CinemaPlus). The channels appear in the guide, but if I tune to them, I get a black screen and a message that says channel is currently unavailable.

    My HD DVRs are connected to the internet, and I have done reboots.

    Also, all OnDemand listings are not showing up when I do a smartsearch of a particular show.

    This is happening on two of my DVRs, I haven't checked the other two yet.

    Anyone else having this problem?

    PS> my only recent account activity has been activating two new receivers.

    Have you an System test on the reseivers? Since you updated two new receivers a reboot my be in order if you haven't done that yet.

    You can also refresh your services via your on-line account. While the channel is in the Guide, you might still need to wait 24 hours before the channel is available.

    Got it...

    doing a couple reauthorizations online did the trick.
