I have the "slim" normal 5 lnb dish.

    I have an HR-20 and an HR-21.

Past few days I've lost most of the odd 101 transponders. When I say most, sometimes #1 shows a signal (in the 50 range) and the last group (say 21 on) have signal. It does this for both units/tuners.

If I remove the b-band converter, I have great signal on all transponders on 101. I had a spare b-band converter that I swapped in but it does the same thing.

Checked my wiring of course. Is this pointing to a faulty lnb?

Does this problem show on both tuners?

Do you have an external multiswitch in the system?

I had the same issue on an install past friday. Ended up being bad LNB.

No, no multiswitch, and yes to both tuners.

I've swapped which output from the lnb drives each DVR with same results.

That's what I'm figuring, but the whole b-band thing has me a little baffled. Granted I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer when it comes to frequency stacking/shifting.

Since you have this problem on both tuners and after swapping inputs, I'll have to lean toward a bad LNB.
