So what are everyone's thoughts on the series? Here's some things we know about "The Program":

    - There are multiple "towns".
    - It is run by a large network of rich and powerful people.
    - The headquarters are in Iowa. Nothing good ever happens in Iowa. Shifty corn farmers, they are...
    - You can't escape. Just when you think you've got the upper hand, you don't.
    - Level 1 is the town. Level 2 is the ship. Whatever that means.
    - There's always at least 1 plant. In this case, three. (Joe, Victoria, and Blackham)

    Thoughts?

The name of the ship was Alma's Perdidas which means lost souls in English. I am thinking about different levels in hell.

ps If I am right I not so sure I would like to see level three.

They showed in San Diego... one last week (the second on Hulu, oddly) and the last two this week. I wonder if your problem was specific to WNBC? Are they the broadcast carrier for the Giants?

In NY they were shown on WNBC's 4-2 subchannel. I watched them on Cablevision, which carries the subchannels for WABC and WNBC. There was no HD version.

Yeah IMO this was a big pisser alot of NBC affilates were showing preseason football. the Ones that did not have football showed the last two episodes of Persons Unknown. And again the network pulled a fast one. They kept saying that by summers end all would be revealed but all i got was alot of unanswered questions. I wish i never started watching this show.

I had to go back and watch that once I found out that local station didn't bother showing it.

Wondering it the ratings were good enough for it to be picked up for a summer showing next year?

It's not likely, since it was designed to be a one-off series. Though they did leave it open for another season, I doubt it will happen. It wouldn't be NBCUni's choice anyway, since Fox and Televisa were the two major players in the production.

Season 2??? I don't think so. To us season 1 fell apart the last few episodes. Good premise, but they didn't really know what to do with it IMHO.

It probably depends on how much it cost to put this to produce, if it was fairly cheap and the ratings for a summer fillin were 'ok' they might bring it back.

I wholeheartedly agree. It started out as a good mystery but the ending was absolutely the worst.

My DVR recorded every episode. But I do have a friend that didn't have episode 11 recorded. Seems like a mixed bag of results.
