I am going camping this summer, and I am looking at taking D* with me. I have an old WNC Phase III (3 LNB) antenna. I want to configure it with an H21-200 receiver. I understand my antenna is limited to 101, 110, and 119. As a result, I am interested in understanding the scope of programming I will be able to receive. I downloaded the latest TPN map. It appears there is no longer any CONUS English programming on 119 (D7S). Further, there is no programming on 110 (D5) as well. It appears D8 @101 has significant SD programming. I also noticed D9S@101 in the TPN map. I believe spots (e.g. D9S) are Ka based. As a result, I don't believe my Phase III will support D9S programming. Is this correct?? This leads me to my next question. I know Bband converters are (were) necessary with the introduction of Ka band programming. As I recall, at one time I had a BBand converter installed on my H21-200; but I no longer have the BBand converter installed since I installed my Slimline SWM antenna. Since my antenna is incapable of Ka band, I don't believe I need a Bband converter - Is this correct?? It appears the scope of programming I will receive is SD from D8@101W. Is this correct?? Thanks in advance for all replies!!!
