Welcome to the Feeds & Finds forum. This is where we share information about interesting feeds and new channels that we find on FTA. Please keep the following in mind:

    * No hack talk! This can get you banned from all of DBSTalk without notice.

    * Be nice. Be respectful. Be grateful. Be positive.

    * All feeds are temporary. They will go away eventually no matter what we do or don't do. Although we can make them go away faster if we antagonize the right people. So don't do that.

    * FTA feeds and channels are in the clear on purpose. In almost every case, the broadcasters made the conscious decision not to scramble them. That often means that they're simply indifferent to the relatively small number of FTA viewers. Again, that's all the more reason for us viewers to be nice about it.

    * Don't assume that anything you write is private or protected here. Just because we require registration doesn't mean that some programmer's brother-in-law can't drop by here. People are a little less likely to stumble on your post, but there are no guarantees.

    * Avoid searchable keywords when posting. For example, if you found a separate feed for the NBS series "Grandpa Ninja", you might mention that the old folks' martial arts show is available on a certain satellite. This won't keep it private, but it will make it harder to find easily.

Keep in mind that we're really dining out of the restaurant trash can. There is an amazing array that we get for free, but we should remember our place as grateful recipients. And there's nothing wrong with letting our friends know that they just put out the leftover spaghetti at the Italian place down the road. :) Have fun!

My favorite feeds are the on the satellite from our friends up north. They have had a couple of channels in-the-clear for years. Nothing spectacular, but it was cool to see the canadian national table hockey champion going to Finland (or Sweden, or one of them, apologies to all the scandanavians) for the world championships.
