Query: SWM Firmware and Library

    Basically, what are they? :)

    I mean, I know what firmware is generally but what is the SWM "library" and how is it used? The reason I ask, obviously, is that both versions on our test SWM8 modules are higher than those generally available to the public. If I ask this question in the public forums someone might ask inconvenient questions about versions and such.

    I don't much care about that (well I do but doubt it any differences matter much to an end user at this point). I'm just more curious about the differences between SWM firmware and the library.

    So anyone know?

    My unknowing guess would be that the firmware is the software version for the SWM and the library is the devices supported by the SWM.

    But that is 100% a guess backed by no insider knowledge :p
