Setup - DishProPlus Twin at 110/119, wing dish for 61.5 . Cable from Wing to main dish is about 60 feet, some unknown length from main to DVR (but at least a 50-60 foot coil in the attic that could be trimmed down some).

    Thanks !

PS - don't ask me to move the dishes - LOS issues.

No issues. With solid copper ( which is what both D* and E* specify ) you have 150ft. Longer runs still work in a lot of cases.

DPP does use a lot of power ( DC drops are the first to have issues ) so keep the run from main dish to DPP as short as possible by trimming that coil.

Dish specs say for DPP a maximum cable run of 200 feet even with copper-clad steel RG-6. As far as wing dish to DPP Twin, maximum is 80 feet. Yeah, trimming down that attic coil is certainly a good idea.
