I live in the Fargo, ND market. I currently have a Slimline-5 SWM dish and from what I can gather a SL5S LNB (it's a SWM system installed circa 2011).

Looking through the TPN excel sheet, it looks like if I don't need my local channels in SD and don't care about the lost music channels or lost international programming I could potentially go to a DSWM reverse band LNB like those "Gen.2" ones being sold on eBay. I'm mainly interested in expanding the number of available tuners without losing key programming or adding more coax runs.

Am I correct in my research or have I missed something?

    Thanks in advance!

You're correct, you can switch to a 3 LNB and will only lose your SD duplicate locals and the music/Spanish content on 119.
