To qualify for this discount you must sign up for AT&T Unlimited Plus. For us, AT&T Unlimited Plus would cost approximately $100. plus taxes and fees per month. That is an increase of more than $40 per month over our current T-Mobile plan. No DTV $25 per month discount for us.

Maybe the AT&T Unlimited Plus plan would work for you.

Interesting, maybe I can get my wife to switch. Her employer pays her cell bill.

But I've heard some horror stories about the accounts being combined.

Yes, it would decrease our DTV bill also but increase our wireless bill by more than $40 thus an overall increase.

Per AT&T you must get the Unlimited Plus Plan and is $100 plus taxes and fees in the Dallas market. Our T-Mobile plan with taxes and fees is $60. Btw, our current plan's limits far exceeds our usage needs.

Why not? Works for me... 25 credit has been on my dtv bill for 2 months now. I could add that att bill in wifes name and dtv bill in my name.

I send DirecTV about $200 per month and AT&T about $350 per month.
I won't switch to "Unlimited" because of its limits (slowing data if you use a lot, no hotspotting, etc.)

The limits are pretty generous 22 GB per line, and you do get 10 GB per line of hotspotting. Also anything watched on the DIRECTV app doesnt count towards the limit (although it doesn't count on the "limited" plans either). Obviously if it doesn't work for you, it doesn't work for you. I switched from 40 GB shared among two phones and one tablet.

This offer is a joke since AT&T cellular is the most expensive there is... I was quoted $205/mo vs. about $110 on T-Mobile. The $25 savings wouldn't even cover the AT&T gouging much less save me any money.
