We recently had the Dish ViP722K DVR receiver replaced. This is the second or third time it's been replaced since we first subscribed to DISH in 6/2009. The remotes have not been replaced and we have not had ANY problems with either of the TV1 or TV2 remotes. Today, without warning, on TV1 remote, whenever the "GUIDE" button is pushed, the DVR would lock-up and then go through the restart process. Everything else works on the remote, until the "GUIDE" button is pushed. We can access channels by pressing individual number buttons or ramping up or down between the individual channels - one by one. But if the "GUIDE" button gets pushed, the DVR freezes. We have not called DISH as of yet. Any ideas? Thank you in advance for anyone's help!!!!
