Restart Problems

    When ever i restart a program i get sound drops,skipping and some times it just stops.
    Is this a DVR problem?

    Check out your internet service and see how it is performing. When you do a Start from Beginning they use the internet and not the satellite for the stream of data. Sounds like you are having a problem with that. ??

    Speed is perfectly fine, consider a reboot. Is the DVR wired or wireless? If its wireless how far from the AP? Try setting the phone on top of the DVR and run a speedtest again

    DVR is wired. How do i reboot the DVR?

    Open the door that says "HD+DVR" and should be a red button. If its not there, Goto "Settings"->"Reset"->"RESTART" and then hit the "-" Button under "7''
