Richard 'Dick' Winters from Band of Brothers dead at 92

    For those of you that loved Band of Brothers as much as me, I imagine you'd want to know this sad news. True to himself to the end, he didn't want anyone to know about his death until after his funeral.

    RIP.

    And THANK YOU for all you did in your life to make our lives what they are today.

    Amen!
    After Christmas, my family visited the Hershey Museum with a lot of Dick's memorabilia - uniforms. Quite informative and worth the trip, now Dick's gone to a better place.

    Yep, Major Winters was a local hero and died in nearby Palmyra on 2 Jan. RIP.
