OK whats up with that? the game has been going on for 30 min already.
Its on here 639
That's odd. It's blacked out for me too in Tennessee. (The FSN Rocky Mountain feed channel 683 is ok right now)
Had the Tigers game go black for a few minutes a couple days ago. I just switched to the opponents feed for a bit. It's a nuisance though. No reason for it...
EI blackout on both channels here in STL.
Well ya 639 is in your local package.
For some reason the Mets feed is blacked out here. I do have the Rockies feed but
I like the Mets crew.
Blacked out here too in Virginia. What the hell is going on.
I'm in Northern Virginia. It's blacked out on 639 and 726-1, which are both the Mets feed. I am able to get it on the 725-1 and 683, which are the Rockies feed.
Weird, not sure why the Mets feed is blacked out.
No one at Directv has a clue. I guess they have no control over blackouts. Who do we call next? I'm in Virginia, this blackout is unwarranted. I guess I'll just watch something else. Can't take the Rockies announcers.
I called them up. They don't have a clue and have some standard BS excuse about not being provided the signal. But the SD feed is fine so it is clearly a programming glictch.
Yay! The peasants rejoice.
Now it is back.
It's back on. Unbelievable! I would have loved to hear the rest of what Woody Johnson had to say.
He said "the money is all mine. Revis has no right to it. It's mine, all mine."
I know this has nothing to do with the Mets but the Yankees are AGAIN blacked out for me on every channel that is showing it. I am in their DMA here in western NY so the is no reason to black it out. They are in Texas for christ's sake. It is apparently being shown on MY9 but since I do not get MY9 where the hell is my game? These blackout rules freaking suck.
I watch the whole game with no problems.
Did you catch the end of the last thread? That game was carried locally on WHAM.
Tonight's game was carried on WHAM's CW digital subchannel, which unfortunately is not carried on DirecTV. This is the reason why DirecTV had to black out the other feeds in your area.
I was DVRing the game and the recording stopped about 31 minutes in. Game Search did not pick up recording the Mets feed on 726 but picked up the Rockies broadcast on 725. Terrific! :icon_lame
Again, if you're in the NY area SNY wouldnt get blacked out for you since it's considered a local station.
The funny thing was the SNY feed was still on the Game Mix HD channel.
I had the same thing happen to me. The Rockies telecast is not very good. Lots of ads in the middle of the screen during the game and all the dumb text questions.
