fuboTV is now testing the waters with an RSN Fee in the Houston DMA. The $5/mo RSN Fee will only apply to the Houston DMA and fuboTV says they "currently" have no plans to introduce the fee to other markets. Those who subscribed to fuboTV in the DMA on/before August 3 will not be subject to the RSN Fee. New customers and those who move to the Houston DMA after August 3 will be subject to the RSN Fee. The RSN they carry in that DMA is .... AT&T SportsNet Southwest. RSNs are included in the base $60/mo plan and the "Family" bundle that costs $65/mo. I'm shocked at this TBH. I always thought AT&T TV Now would be the first streaming service targeting cord cutters to implement an RSN Fee considering it has almost all of them. In all honestly with the price increases and now an RSN Fee the other streaming services are starting to make an AT&T TV Now Max + Philo combo a good deal. For those who don't want sports at all this makes the AT&T TV Now Plus + Philo combo an extremely good deal.
