I thought Who was on 6010 (instead of "The Bridge") and Rolling Stones were on 6098?
Also it apears 6075 is a remake of "Standard Time - Standards/Swing" not 100% new.
The Sirius subs (myself included) gave Sirius enough grief that they moved The Who to 98 to replace Rolling Stones Radio, so we could have The Bridge Back.
Rumors on SiriusBackStage.com say that The Who channel will be replaced by a Punk station at the end of the Who Tour in March.
6029 would be a number for punk ... it is also the lowest number available after the addition of the new 6024 Alternative channel (01-37 filled solid).
When they bring back "E Street Radio" I'll get interested again.
If you have a Sirius radio, Channel 29 (6029 Dish Network) had the heading of "PUNK" so it is true, Punk is coming to Dish Network 6029 and Sirius 29.
I would be happy to see the return of The Rolling Stones!
When did they pull off the Rolling Stones, and when we had them why was always mis-labeled as "World Music"?
Rolling Stones Radio was ment to be a temproary channel and replaced The Globe which was the previous channel 98 and played world music. It's nice to see Sirius is doing away with one artist/band channels.
Elvis will live forever.
Or as long as Sirius and Graceland have a marketing agreement
How about adding Howard Stern and some of the Sirius news channels?
Shuffling channels is a pain in the butt for those of us with programmable touchscreen remotes...
Sirius does not hold the rights to most of the talk and news stations and I don't think Stern would agree to Dish Network distribution, online streaming seed like a battle in itself. If you want the rest of the Sirius content, go and subscribe to Sirius. No reason for them to give out the full service for free, even if they could.
I'd pay an extra $1.99 per month if the extra Sirius channels were available that way over E*
Maybe someday some kind of package such as this will become available.
