    Renowned scientist Stephen Hawking died on Wednesday, March 14 from the effects of ALS, which he had contracted at age 22 and was given a few years to live. He fooled the doctors and lived to the age of 76. He has been compared to Einstein foe his achievements.

    Fitting that he passed on 3.14 --- pi day. Perhaps people will remember Mr Hawking when they remember the date.
