Just called and they said NFL Ticket 2012 is not on my account yet, therefore they can't give me a discount "yet"

I said, I'm confused, is there any deal you CAN offer me? He said, no, not yet.

He said my account still shows NFL Ticket 2011 but probably on my next bill it would auto renew and say NFL Ticket 2012 with a $0.00 charge as an advanced notice. Then on the July bill it would likely hit me with the first real charge.

So basically it's not on my account, so no deal.

I wait till the end of the week until my June bill posts and if it has NFL 2012 $0.00, then I call to "remove it" or ask for a deal and they can offer me one.

Don't know if that completely makes sense but it could be a reason why some people are finding out they can or can not get deals. For those that have, did anyone get a June or May bill that stated NFL 2012 BEFORE they called?

They are wrong. Since I have gotten the NFLST it gets renew every year, but I don't get charge until the season starts. My NFLST Max was a 100 and I got Showtime for free for six months. Call again tomorrow during peak hours. You probably got someone that doesn't know jack. Give them a call before 4pm EST.

So I wonder how many people are actually getting Sunday Ticket for free as opposed to just getting told its free because a CSR looked at their account and saw a $0 charge. It will be interesting to see what happens in July.

Nope, I got it Free, I started paying back in Feb/March when I saw the $299.99 package, which was known as NFL ST Ultimate at the time. Last night they credited me back $179.97 in payments I made, and added on the Max Upgrade for $25 for 4 months. Plus got the $15 credits for 6 months, so I paid basically $10 for ST and Max.

I originally called back after the SB to cancel my MLB EI's auto renew, and saw the Ticket Ultimate, so I started it that up then.

That would not be good however I know mine is free because it has a $199 ($12) charge for Sunday ticket and a $199 ($12) Sunday ticket general retention credit. So I was charged and then credited back.

I got Sunday Ticket w/ To Go last year for around $120. I called on Monday trying to get a discount for MAX this year and was unable to get anything. Then I checked my account and saw a charge for 2012 Sunday Ticket already, the date was the same day as my call (6/4). I called back and they told me it auto-renewed so I had them cancel it and I plan on calling back later to try and get some kind of deal on it. The charge on my account was the full price (59.99 plus tax) so they were ready to charge me starting with this month. I'm glad I caught it.

Called and was given $20 bill credit for a year and Sunday Ticket for 50%off with a one year contract extension.
I was just out of my contract but was losing $10 a month HD credit on next months bill.
Mentioned that a friend got ST for free and paid $25 for 4 months for Max.
She would have offered this but wouldn't give me that and the $20 per month credit at the same time.
Figured I was making out dollar wise by taking the bill credit even if I decide to add Max. However, I can't fathom paying $100 extra just to have Red Zone and To-Go. I like having the To-Go but the service on it was spotty last year.

Will try to call back and see if I can get them to give better deal so in the long run only paying $100 for Max .

Last year it took 8 calls to get a good deal (Recieved ST for free) so I guess I'm doing OK so far.

...I just checked my online account and it says I have NO sports subs. I've had ST since 2003. The only change to my account recently was to drop the premium movie channels. Would that make me lose ST? So now I get no discount?

Called yesterday and said cancel service so I could get through to retention. After asking for free ST like I had last year, they put me on hold for a long while and came back and said I could have it for $99 this year. I would not agree to that and the guy kept trying to get me to do it and I kept saying no. So after another long wait on hold, he comes back and says I can have it for free if I extend my contract for a year. I agreed. The key is persistance!

Called yesterday and got $100 of NFLST along with one year of free HD. Had to agree to a one year contract but I plan on sticking around so no big deal there. BTW, talked to retention as I am unsure if a regular csr can make these deals.

Called and originally talked to customer service. They had no deals on their system except the $197 someone mentioned in an earlier post. Asked for retention and they offered me the 50% off ST deal. Four payments of $24.99 each. They also gave me $30 worth of credits on items I already pay for equally a grand total of $70 for the ST package.

The retention person was super nice and explained to me that there were currently no deals being offered on the max and to call back. Not a big deal for me. My options were limited this year as I already receive a bunch of credits and have renewed for a year already. I'm a long time customer and paid about $70 for the total package with credits and everything last year. Nonetheless, $70 is a good deal for every game again even sans red zone!

Had called last week to ask how long we had on our contract and found out we are no longer under contract. Looking at our account, the customer rep. said Sunday Ticket was free. I said great. Checked yesterday nothing appeared on our account.

I called today to ask about this. The retention rep. said nope -- there is nothing on our account about it being free. She comes back with $99.95 (half off) and I said "can't I get it for free". Then she comes back with yes, I can give it to you for free. I asked if this extends our contract and she says no -- not for Sunday Ticket. Checked our account -- charged $99.96 for ST and a credit fo $100.00. It was painless except listening to the music while on hold when she was "researching" our account.

I tried to call at about 4 pm central time.. and got the Phillipeans'. sorry.. but I am not going to try and make a deal with some one who could screw up my whole setup.. including my distants..and then get fired from a 50 cent an hour job...

sorry but if I can't speak to some one who actually knows that Wisconsin is in the United States, ( and there are many people in this country who don't).. then I need to speak to some one else..

I find this to be a big assumption... There are many people in the United States that don't speak perfect english either.
