    From the NFL.com website:

The Giants-Vikings game was moved from Sunday afternoon to Monday night because Minnesota had at least 15 inches of snow and wind gusting over 30 mph and the New York team was waiting it out in Kansas City after its flight was diverted.

The NFL confirmed Saturday night that the game will be played at 7 p.m. CT and be aired by Fox in the teams' local television markets.

part of an article from USA Today:

The NFL has moved the site of the New York Giants-Minnesota Vikings game to Detroit. It will be played at 7:20 p.m. ET at Ford Field, and the league will distribute free tickets to fans.

The game was originally scheduled for Sunday at 1 p.m. ET, but had to be postponed because of heavy snow.
The roof of the Metrodome then collapsed on Saturday night, which prompted the NFL to move the game out of Minnesota entirely.

The Giants and Vikings will be borrowing Ford Field from the Detroit Lions. Snow and single-digit temperatures are expected outside of Ford Field on Monday night.

The game will be broadcast regionally by Fox TV to the New York and Minnesota TV markets. The game will also be broadcast to subscribers of DirecTV's Sunday Ticket.

Those who had tickets to Sunday's originally scheduled Giants-Vikings game in Minneapolis will be given priority seating if they attend the game in Detroit.
