Once, ESNE, Enlace, INC TV, Arirang and MHz Worldview are all P/I channels so they have to be in all packages, while Aqui and Ganga are paying. CGTN is a free channel so they're either paying for its spot on the lineup or making some other compensation as they stream online for free. At one point V-me was too, but they gave up their P/I status a while back and became a Spanish tier only channel. I'm not sure if it's still the case after the latest round of rights, but at one point Univision Deportes had English audio on the SAP feed for their exclusive MLS games. No major providers include CNN en Espanol in English base packages, nearly every provider has it in a Spanish tier. If ATT/DirecTV were to suddenly include it, it would open up a can of worms with all their competitors like Hola, NTN24 and ForoTV demanding equal treatment since ATT now owns Turner via Warner Media, as well as competitors DirecTV doesn't currently carry like Milenio Television, and potential lawsuits if they say no.
