The old switcheroo.

    I called Dish Network today about disconnecting my service because Directv was offering their top package and equipment for 3 tvs for $132.99 for 12 months. When I talked to the account specialist with Dish she told me she can definitely beat that price and offered me Americas Everything Pack for $109.02 for 2 years. I of course accepted the offer and renewed my 2 year commitment. 45 minutes later I logged into my account and it shows my programming package Top 250, so I called the Dish account specialist back to see what happened. Now she claims it was always the Top 250, despite both of us repeatedly saying "Everything Pack" and now I am stuck in another 24 month agreement with Dish.

    Is there any recourse for me? I feel like I was lied to because I clearly stated I wanted to switch to Directv because they were offering every channel (their premier package) for a nice discount. Thank you in advance for your opinions.
