I live in Pt. Roberts, WA (98281) and have the following readings on my equipment. My installation status shows that I have red x's on 103 odd and 99 even.

Just looking for which direction I best dither my dish to tweak the levels and eliminate the red x's.

    Thanks in advance.

Well, those readings could be a bit higher on the HD satellites (99 and 103º).
But your main issue is that you've lost all of the odd numbered transponders from 103. Check your exterior coax cable connections.

I would ask to stop typing SS numbers, it's too prone for mistakes !

    Post pictures instead.

Slimline 5, 16 channel SWM, 2x 8 position SWM splitters.

What do you mean by lnbf caps?

As requested by P. Smith here are pictures of the readings for the SS numbers (only tuner 1)

That's not something you can fix by tweaking your dish, there's a hardware fault somewhere as shown by the 0s in 103ca & 103cb - almost certainly a bad LNB. The easiest fix would be call Directv and have them come out. They will replace the LNB on your dish and remove the SWM16 from the setup so you have a single cable coming from your dish, and realign your dish while they're at it and you'll be good to go.

looks like DTV will do truck roll for you ...

that "cap" is plastic cover of LNBF(s); sometime it's cracked or crows damaged it, water came in and damaged electronics inside

Had that happen to me about a year ago, lost even or odd on 99 (can't remember which right now) Turned out the SWM16 was bad. Just my experience.

That can't be the case here because while he lost odds on 103 he has them on 119. Pretty much has to be the LNB.

Insects, sure. Crows? Never. Maybe with a large feedhorn like on a C/Ku dish, but not a Directv size dish.
