After some bad storms last night, I lost most of my channels. I did a hard reset, no luck. Called directv, and we did a complete satellite reset. During the reset there was 0 signal strength on the 101 transponder and a tuner failed message. I replaced the receiver today, replaced the cable to the receiver, and still same messages. The multiswitch looks okay, no corosion, and directv says no repair guy for a week. What else can we do?
