tv apps issue?

    i keep getting service unavailable (8) error message under tv apps. any one else having this issue. ?

    i have reset the HR 22 and reset the router.
    when i go to advanced network setup on the box it says everything is connected. and my Whole-home DVR works. just not the TV apps.

    any suggestions?
