Well, I'm getting the HR24 and H24. But I'm getting charged $25 for the DECA to connect the DECA cloud to my home network and subsequently the internet. I even called on Tuesday to run over my order with someone live at DirecTV to make sure that was part of the install. I specifically asked the customer service lady about the connection to my network at the advice of RAD above. Oh yeah, she said, the installer would take care of everything she said. So the installer gets here and it's not on the work order and it'll cost me an extra $25 if I want the DECA to do it. Now I don't really care about the $25. I'd pay that for the connection if I had to but what irks me is that I was told it was included until the installer got here. Not a very good first impression for a brand new customer DirecTV. Not impressive at all.
