Unlike other survivors, it seems this time around the producers are not attempting to hide the fact that the tribes are being ferried between the islands via powerboat. How many times this week do we see the powerboat(s)?

    Poll is worth 5 points.

Poll closes Wednesday February 18th at Midnight EST.

Would this include recaps that might show Jenna leaving?

Mark would have to issue the official ruling, but I would say that recaps do not count in as part of the poll.

Ah, Mark is usually thinking just exactly like I do, but not in this case.

YES - recap scenes before the credits also count for this poll.

    Does a boat-plane count? ;)

In the opening credits, there is one powerboat escorted by a military patrol ship. The color is yellow.

If Mark is using recaps and opening credits, then I will have to change my vote.

Recaps (before the opening credits) DO count.

Credits (opening and closing) do NOT count.

Boat planes (what the hell is a boat plane?) do NOT count.

    Submarines do NOT count.

Seeing a boat travelling across the water, and then seeing the same boat from a different camera angle counts as ONE boat.

I believe he referring to planes which are modified to land on the water rather on on the land.

    What about amphibious vehicles? ;)

    Sorry, couldn't resist!

Yeah... I've always called those boat planes. Don't know their real names. ;)

If Richard Hatch passes gas while swimming, does that count?

(I bet I can keep tormenting you until we get the Week 3 results up!)

This is a good, tough question. I said zero, because I would have a harder time saying a specific number. I remember in calculus, the most common answer was zero (or one), so I'm going with zero.

Well, I said one myself. Both the challenges are land based, so its unlikely we'll see a boat docked nearby. Likewise I didn't read anything about a reward involving anybody going anywhere, so other than the Jenna M recap, I think there won't be any

I saw only one powerboat, and that was at the beginning in the recap. There were two different shots of the same boat.

    I saw two...

The first one when the guy was inspecting the "Home Depot" huts and the Jenna M recap.

Unfortunately I have to agree with Dimensions, although it means someone gets a perfect score and will likely take the lead. As they were talking about the hut, they had a long shot that showed the boat in the far background. Then there was Jenna's recap as well.
