    My version of superfan just updated when i started it to the latest version
    still cannot view any thing on the lowest video setting i get code onDRMError3303

    I was playing around with the highlights and found that I could play the last three. They were the highlight but were all a short clip of some band playing a song "I used photoshop today". However when i tried the clip 21 of 24 then I got nothing. No error, no video just the spinning circle which disappeared after going only about 1/4 of rotation. Now I can not get any to play agian even after stopping and starting the application.

    Playing some more with the highlights I did get one to work, number 20 of 24 plays for about 2-3 sec. I was trying to see if I could get this larger so I tried the full screen mode. In the full screen mode the larger video screen takes up the whole screen but you don't see the highlights. There is a button at the bottom of the screen to bring up highlights which flies in from the right and from here you can play highlights but no bigger then before. However I did notice that if you have the highlights open and go back to standard mode then the window shrinks back to the previous state but leaves the highlight window still open on the right side. You can play highlights in the hovering window on the right but you can't use the highlight window that is part of the supercast standard window with the hovering window open.

    Started application and was prompted that a software update was necessary. Updated quickly and video appeared rather quickly. I was on the "Red Zone" channel, but it was showing FSN Houston (a reminder of another dismal Giants' showing).

    I clicked on Full Screen and could still see the options for highlights. I selected a highlight but nothing happened. I pressed ESC to get back to the app and saw the DRM Error. The video did not return to its proper place as seen in the attachement.

    I closed the application and do not see evidence of it running in the taskbar, however, the audio continues and I have no options to stop it.

    CTRL-ALT-DELETE shows nothing running in Applications. Went to processes and see "Supercast.exe". Clicked on "End Process" and audio has now stopped.

    Started application and went full screen on FSN Houston. PQ was quite good. An issue with the behavior of the mouse arrow. Arrow cannot be hidden on the left side of the screen, but can be hidden when taken completely over to the right side of the screen.

    I exited full screen, when I mouse over the video, the taskbar for highlights re-appears (pic attached).

    I too have updated to the latest client. What ever highlight clip I try to view I also get the onDRMError3303 error. It would be nice if there were a toggle between weeks putting each week's highlights in that week, so if you missed some games, one could go back to watch highlights or at least get the stats.

    I updated successfully to the latest version, but still cannot click on any games on the left side, and when clicking highlights on the right side, I still get that same error (onDRMError3303)

    has anyone seen an actual NFL preseason game on this? i've seen soccer matches, baseball games and talk shows with this app.... i haven't reported any issues b/c i assumed that the servers still were not up and running (since i still haven't seen a live game on yet).

    Anyone?


    NOTE: I am not in any way complaining.... I am extremely please to have been selected to test this cool app. I just want to make sure I understand what we are supposed to be testing. My assumption was that the testing would be watching preseason games on the app... Someone please steer me in the right direction if that is not the case.

    Yeah, last week several of us actually saw several of the scheduled games, or parts of them as we clicked around testing things out.

    Updated to the latest version this morning but nothing will play. I don't get any errors but none of the links work.

    * When I logged in this morning, I receiveed a message stating there was a new version available and would I like to upgrade. After clicking yes, a progress bar completed and then I was taking to the login screen. After logging in, I see the version in About is now 0.1.9 (was 0.1.8 before this morning).

    I have not yet been able to login during games (family committments, etc.), but I have logged in a number of times. I was able to see some video after a couple of games, when it appeared that the feed was still coming in, but it was of later programming (something on FSN I believe).

    Before today, anytime I logged in, the Games section on the left was sparsely populated and clicking on any of the items with games/times created a spinning circle in the main screen and then nothing happend (execpt the one time I did get the FSN feed). Today, I see that all the games are populated with games/times, although clicking on each one causes it to slide to the right and disappear into the sidebar and nothing happens, clicking again does not allow them to appear again, they are gone. Closing the application and reopening does repopulate the list, but clicking on any games again causes them to disappear to the right.

    Also, before today, there used to be a Red Zone Channel or Highlights or something at the bottom of the Games list, I don't see that today after the upgrade.

    Also, before today, the stats under today's best have always been all zeros and today there is actually data populated. Clicking on any individual games is all zeros.

    On the right side under highlights there are 24 highlights, clicking any of the highlights produces a spinning circle in the highlights video window and then a range of results.

    1, 3 to 11, 13 to 17 - Message box that says "onDRMError3303" with an OK button.
    2, 12, 18, 19 - Nothing
    20, 21 - Plays a very short (3 - 4 seconds) of what appears to be Eagles/Saints game with no sound
    22 to 24 - Plays a short music video with no sound, words are too small to read who/what it is.

    Other notes on clicking the menu bar items:
    Supercast -> About 0.1.9 (Does nothing)
    Supercast -> Provide feedback (Opens new outlook message to Supercast_feedback@directv.com)
    Supercast -> Logout (Closes application immediately - No prompt about are you sure)
    Supercast -> Quit (Same as logout, closes application immediately - No prompt about are you sure)
    View -> Mini (Makes screen small version with no menus, but interestingly double-clicking the DirecTv symbol in the title bar quickly brings it back to normal and then immediately closes the window/application, instead of double-clicking, hitting ESC brings the window back to normal)
    View -> Full Screen (Made application full screen with large grey bar at the bottom. Clicking Esc brought window back to normal, but video screen was offset in upper left corning, also large grey bar was still at the bottom of the screen detached from normal window. Closing application disappeared, but could not reopen application. A check of the process list showed that supercast.exe was still running. Forcing a kill of the process allowed me to reopen the application. Reopening the application and then retesting the View->Full Screen did not reproduce the issue per se, but did produce another one in that after hitting Esc from full screen mode, window went back to normal, but under View->Full Screen was still checked. Clicked View->Standard and screen/application disappeared. Could not reoppen application and again found supercast.exe running in process list and had to force kill to reopen application. This is repeatable every time.

    * Issue and/or any error messages: The Superfan software updated to the latest version with out any problems. This version seems to load and work faster. Tried to play individual highlights and than all the highlights but they do not play and it displays the message onDRMError3303.

    the first night that the software was given out to us i was able to see a game for a brief moment. i maximized the window and the video froze. from that point on i've either gotten no video at all or some other random sport (baseball, soccer, etc..)

    This is the same behavior I have noticed. However, there is sound you just have to turn up the sound. Right under the video on the right side there is an empty bar with a speaker next to it. click somewhere in the bar and you will see it fill with a blue line. This is the sound volume. For some reason when you bring up a highlight it defaults the sound to zero but if you turn it up you can hear it. The game is an Eagles game as they say Donovan Mcnabb throws the ball but I have a hard time seeing anything in that tiny screen, which I have not been able to make bigger (see my post a few above this one).

    Probably because it's presumed that a regular feed is playing in the main window of the Air client.

    I just received the update. It opens into the Red Zone channel and it is showing beach volleyball. The picture quality looks good on the high quality setting. CPU usage is 10% on my quad core. No games are listed.

    When attempted to view any highlight, I get the onDRMError3303 message box.

    When selecting the "Provide Feedback" item, the Supercast application crashes. I have no email client on this PC and use GMail.

    I'm trying out the updated version tonight. Several of the "games" listed on the left are active streams from regional sports nets - PQ and connectivity are very good (and much better than how they ended up by the end of my last session).

    After updating earlier, things are working GREAT (mostly).

    I'm really impressed with the PQ actually. Right now, where "ARI/WSH" is listed, they're retransmitting the YES Network. I do see a few overscan lines at the top of the picture, but that's a broadcast thing.

    The only issue I'm having is that I can't switch back from Fullscreen mode. When I press ESC to go back to normal mode, the window disappears, never to be seen again.

    Audio continues, and I can even pull up the menu bar (this is a Mac, remember.) but the video window is gone ...

    I logged in tonight as well. I had good PQ, on the KC/CHI game but could not change "games" until I stopped the player and then changed.
    However, after I rebooted and tried again, I could change games by clicking on the different games.
    Once I thought I had it working correctly, I had to go back to stopping the feed before I could change. Finally the player would not even let me stop it (the play button was displayed and greyed out".
    "All games were RSN feeds"

    Overall, it was better than the first night.

    Just log on to give it another shot for the first time i am able to view content after log in the red zone channel is up and running. The Falcon Saints game is up and showing the mets and WSH Baseball game the picture is coming in good and the games load fast. When i exit from full screen the video plays in the left upper corner of the app. When i then go to view and select standard the app closes, sound still plays. Under the task manager applications Supercast is not listed i have to go to processes and end task on Supercast.exe and than restart the program

    When I attempt to scroll the game list on the left side of the window with the trackpad on my MacBook it scrolls down just fine but it doesn't scroll up well - it jumps all over the place if I try to scroll slowly. If I try to scroll fast it seems to work better but still jumps around when i get to the top of the list.
