We all know those are strickly prohibited in this trial....

In the past....it was a different story, of course. ;)

To those who are new to testing....he's refering to taking pictures of the inside of the units - which the rules clearly state cannot be done - no opening these units.

    Bainbridge...
Yay! My account shows a new receiver, but the listing says H21-100 and the location shows H24 (perhaps the system can't enter the H24 yet)

    No sign of a HR24.

Frequently the systems don't have the correct model number ready, so they put something in that's close and use the description to clarify.

Anyway, I'll be ready with my forklift for the arrivals tomorrow... ;)

That's likely a temp listing to let you know its going to be a H24...but they may take another day to add those to their inventory list on the left side of hardware device items...

O, I already have a fully charged one in the camera as well as I do at all times. I just have the extras on the charger just in case :D

    Yup, good points.

I did most of the photos for the WGA600N first look. Might have to setup on the same kitchen table.

We have a lot more people in this field test though, I am sure we will have a collection of great pics to choose from for the final document!

    Dripping...
I did put the ;) on that post. And hopefully you don't need to requote the rules since Doug did post that at http://www.dbstalk.com/showthread.php?t=168794

-) No one is to disassemble the hardware for any reason. No unit will be replaced if it is damaged from opening, and you will be removed from the trials and future considerations.... so please... do not open them.

Good to have that reminder for everyone in the test group - we have several first time testers.

    Thanks!

By the way...it would appear that the first group of H24's are H24-100's...but I guess we won't know for sure until they arrive.

Likely, the HR24's may be -500 units...or else they may mix both manufacture versions amongst us all...

Not to worry. My R22-200 still shows as an HR21-200, as it has since the day Directv sent it to me for that trial.

I think it's that big orange extension cord running from your neighbors house to your Packers Room that smiddy was referencing
