    Welcome to the pretty big group of Round #2 testers. (About 35 of you).

    Quick rules:

    1) No discussion of the SWMLine outside this forum.
    2) General discussion of SWM technology can occur in the base CE forum
    3) Post any and all issues here in this forum.

    Latest update.

    The equipment has begun shipping last Friday... you will probably receive at least 2 packages. That contain:

    -) SWM LNB Assembly
    -) Slimline dish
    -) Power Inserter
    -) SWM Line Tester (note to the first field trial, I am check to see if SWM Meters/Line Testers can be sent to you as well... no confirmation at this point).

    The packages are scheduled for deliver Monday/Tuesday

    I am so looking forward to this, man is this kewl or what.

    I need to buy a new ladder anyhow and this puts a big exclamation point that fact. hehehehe!

    I've got the wife at home on FedEx patrol... she'll call as soon as something arrives!

    I feel a terrible cold coming on in the next couple of days. I'm afriad I might have to miss a day or two of work... ;)

    I too am glad to have the opportunity to be part of this field trial. This is also my first field trials and I too do own a few macs!!:D Can't fault us for buying almost perfect computers.:lol:

    I'm not going to be able to do any install until this weekend...assuming that I have a new dish by then.

    About the setups thread, do we list SWM or not. Kinda like listing HR21 without the manufacturer code.

    This is a great idea! I'd have to do this all day to catch up with some of you... I'm not sure it's even possible to catch up to Earl!

    I worked out the math at one point, but it would require Earl to stay at his current pace and for me to do around 150 post per day for 180 days or so, which'd put me around 31,000 and him at around 31,000. It is doable, but probably not practical. That would mean a lot of silly post, which is my current modus anyhow, but not that silly. ;) !rolling
