So far I have been posting issues in the CE issues threads.

Am I supposed to be posting here?

Does someone know who we are and are looking for us in the issues threads?

Is the purpose of this field test to only test installation problems (splitters, which units have problems connecting and the like)?

I understand that non-issues are also significant information but I sort of feel like I'm not really contributing....or that I'm unsure what I'm supposed to be doing.

I just want to make sure that I'm holding up my end. :)

Must admit, this has been the easiest test I've been in.. Kinda miss the challanges of previous ones :)

The only issue I have had is with the signal testing returning to the wrong channel, which isn't that big of a deal.

I'd say that non-issues are what DirecTV was looking/hoping for with this test...so you (and I, and the rest of us without issues) are definitely doing your part. :)

Well, when you make them challenging by hooking up the power inserter backwards. :D

    It has been nice.

I'm think about adding a DVR because I don't have to run any wires.

Same for me, all is well. My early issues were with the H20's not playing nice so I took them out of the equation. Long story short I'm running a split system now with my HR20's running off of the SWMLine and the H20's still on the legacy Slimline.

    Littleton,...
I hope they get this out to the masses soon. I know two folks waiting for this to come out so they can dump cable.

I have zero issues with my setup and because it was such an easy test, I had to go out and buy a new Sony 52" XBR4 (you know, I had to make sure the SLMLine really worked :)). Now I hate to watch anything not in HD.

Relax, layback and enjoy the nice pictures with only one cable to each HD DVR. :)
