I'm a fussy fart. I like everything done my way - right the first time. So I'm like a mother hen. Most craftsmen have not mind this. Those that did, were never callback to do any followup work.

You Only Tip for Service that is above and beyond the Norm or the Expected Level of Normal Service.

I don't tip just because you take my order and someone else brings it to my table but when you are attentive to my needs and so an excellent job of taking care of me.

A Tip Is Not Automatic and unfortunately for alot of servers they think this is the case.

Everything was very good, the install was also fast, the previous tenants had satellite tv so, he din`t have to drill any holes, he got me almost 97% 96% signal, gave him the tip.

He even gave me his personal cell to call him if i had any problems, i had to call him back because he left a box of 1000 feet RG6 cables, hes coming tomorrow to pick that up.

The only thing is, the HD receiver itself is not connected to my router, however there is another little box that is connected to my router and that little box is connected to the cable coming from the roof, so am triying to access my box from my htc evo and is telling it can`t connect, when ever i click the right button in the remote control it the box telling me there is no internet connection.

Was he supposed to connect MRV for you? Sounds like it, but hard to tell for sure.

My mistake!!. i needed to add the mac of the receiver as well into my router because i have mac filtering on, i just added the mac of the DECA because i saw no network cables connected to the receiver.

    Now its working fine!

    Thank You RICH

You're welcome. He should have tested it before he left.
