The Padres-Brewers game is on FS Wisconsin tonight, but I don't see it in the Extra Innings guide...anybody know which EI channel it's supposed to be on?

669 and 669-1 are blacked out. Why is this game not on Extra Innings? Since when does D* black out an out of market game on one of the RSN's?

I live in Oregon so it's not a territorial blackout.

Someone is asleep on this blackout, should lift soon you'd think, not a nationally tv game

Not an excuse, as it is a mess up...

But I wonder if D* confused tomorrow's schedule for today, when assigning channels.

Tomorrow's game is not being televised by either team, while all other 14 games are available.

Showing here on D* side it should be on 669 and 669-1 but doesn't tell us anything about it being blacked out except for maybe the pre and post-game could be. Says it starts at 8pm, is anyone able to see it?

Where are the drones saying "Well you aren't guaranteed every game even if there is no real reason this game was not available to you"?

This is the exact reason that I also have MLB.tv. As a failsafe.

There is a real reason...maybe not a good one but a real one.

    MLB Blackout Rules (Link)

The blackout map in that Wikipedia link is...well, interesting.

Blackout rules aren't the reason why the game wasn't in EI. Not every game is a part of EI, which is the simple answer.

Not simple. Besides games in the national blackout windows for ESPN & FOX, what games televised by RSNs carried by DirecTV aren't part of our EI package?

exactly ...they just screwed up no reason not to have the game on other than someone missed it ... I have a Roku with MLB.TV and both feeds in HD were out there last night ... I checked it out just to see if they were working there but quickly turned back to CSN Philly feed of Marlins/Phils ...great game

This is a guess on my part so here goes. The OP stated that the game was supposed to be carried by FS Wisconsin which is subject to the MLB blackout rules for a Brewers. Now, if FS Wisconsin was blacked out by MLB and was the source for DirecTV to broadcast the game then DirecTV is blacked out also.

Theoretically, if it meets the MLB rules in Milwaukee, than it may in San Diego too so that source has the potential to be blacked out.

Now I don’t have any clue what it was blacked out and why but this seems more logical than DirecTV just deciding out of the blue to do it themselves...of course I could be wrong.
