I live in the Dallas market using an H10 with excellent local channel reception using the DTV OTA. With this said is there any good reason to now switch to the new H20 HDTV receiver?

If you're receiving local HD channels OTA, then at the present moment you probably won't be gaining anything. The only thing, when D* adds new national channels in HD you probably won't be able to receive them unless you have the H20 or any new receiver that D* may release that will be MPEG4.
