I know this is planning far ahead, but can anyone tell me who has broadcast rights to the MLB playoffs and World Series? Since I didn't get my waivers approved to NBS and Fox, do either of these also show those postseason games on any of their affiliate channels that I can receive from DISH?

I don't know for certain, but I am pretty sure that Fox owns the rights to all of the MLB post season and the All Star Game through 2006. I remember reading that they were selling the farm to get exclusive control of all these events and stop sharing with NBC.

Last year was the first year that I didn't watch any of it. I use to be into baseball a few years ago. These jerks went on strike and that jerk Selig took over. And jerk isn't a strong enough word to describe him. Then the game got wattered down and when I went to watch it the players I use to know were gone replaced with a bunch of new punks so I lost interest in the game. Boring baseball.
