Yeah I'd like it for a lot of old classic matches. I heard the channel isn't very much per sub. Nothing compared to ESPN.

D* is gonna up the bill whether you want them to or not.. Somebody has to pay for all this awesome Original programming coming from the premiums.. Everybody says I'm leaving but never do. The D knows this and a lots of us knows it too. You want your bill to be cheaper?? then drop down to basic and give up HD.. BAM... There you go.. Will you do it?? Of course not...

I hope they add it. I heard some of the lesser PPV's(not the big 4) would be part of the package.

I've said I'm thinking about and yes I'm seriously thinking about it. Paying over $100 a month for just typical HD service and DVR is getting to be more than I want to or will pay. Especially since the sports packages (what I have Directv for) can all be gotten legally elsewhere including NFL Sunday Ticket now. I wouldn't assume I won't, thanks.

Well I know alot of people got mad when Directv didn't air the the Longhorn network, but if Directv does not add the WWE Network they are dumb, unlike LHN which is one state and one team WWE has a huge following not only in the US but International as well, I mean WWE is a Billion Dollar company and even if someone doesn't watch the WWE anymore I think alot of people would watch for old WWF,WCW,NWA ect... shows.

since it is confirmed that WWE Network will air all of the PPV with the exception of Royal Rumble, Survivor Series, Summerslam and Wrestlemania(that may change) it would seem to me this channel will be available ala carte no matter the company. Perhaps something like an international package with its own set price point or something. That would make the most sense, and I can say I would definatley add it.

Definitly hope DTV picks it up in some fashion. I"m very excited about the prospect of this network and hope it does well. The WWE Surreal Life show intrigues me xD. I wonder if they'll non-kayfab it. Hope so >.>

Also to the person in the thread talking about package pricing. I would point out that all cable companies at some point are at the mercy of the providers (Networks). They set the pricing, really, as a cable companies pricing will depend on what they are charged by the networks to carry their channels. Point in case, DTV's fight with Fox earlier last year. (Fox, is apparently notorious for it, as they also had similiar issues with Time Warner, Charter, and DISH.). Then again, Newscorp is run by a scumbag, so :/

I'm not sure where we as consumers have come to think it's okay that a company should operate at a loss or little profit-growth to provide a service to people. The whole point of a buisness is to make money, unless your a non-profit organization. :/

No. SUrreal Life was a show on VH1 that had old Celebrities in a house together. IT's kinda what WWE Legends will be modeled after, at least in my mind. That' where my reference came from :D

I still gotta believe D* will pick this channel up. Hopefully Vince doesn't get ridiculous with the per subscriber fee demands.

Yeah. I don't think Vince will though, especially since it's a new, untested network. Besides, if Vince wants 40 million customers, he can't just go through In Demand. DTV has what, 19 million? I can't see him pushing that kind of base away. As a matter of fact, I think I read recently DTV is the 2nd largest Television provider in the country?

Bleah, this sucks >< I do not understand the whole 'I hope it fails' 'it's not a good idea' thing. Wrestling Fans have been wanting this for years, and they have no lack of material to air on it. Just start with the old NWA days and start showing :/ That would take a few years to get where they are now.
