All WWE PPV broadcasts are scheduled for 3 hours, with the exception of Wrestlemania, which clocks in a 4 hours. On the 3 hour card, they completed 8 matches, and overall, I found it to be much better than Wrestlemania.

I did see WWE extreme rules at hooters and they added a bonus match during the ppv. This PPV was really good, much better then WM ill tell you that.

    8 matches all together

    alot of titles changed hands.

    1st match Last Man Standing

Randy Orton v Cm Punk. Orton wins, very brutalic, very good match up.

Orton got the win with a RKO off the top top rope. Punk was out for more then 10 seconds as randy was the Last Man Standing

2nd match the bonus match US title

Sheamus v Kofi table match, kofi defeats sheamus after he jumped off the top rope and landed sheamus through a table to capture his first us title.

3rd match Cole / swagger - JR, Lawler good match, jr and lawler got there shots in, but cole pins JR cole wins, his first actual match.

4th match cody rhodes v rey mysterio this was very brutal, lots of weapons and they fought in the concourse of the st pete times forum includign the conession stands. In the end mysterio spit this blue/ greenish mist into codes and then 619 and splash for the win.

5th Layla v Mccool loser leaves WWE - Layla won, mccool is out of WWE but after match, karma made her wwe debuet a big black lady who just power bombed mccool after she was already out of WWE.

6th World Heavyweight Championship Ladder match. Alberto Del Rio v Christian.

Very good match brodus clay interferred as christian was hanging from the belt but fell then christian uses thte ladder to open clay up he was bleeding an knocked out.

delrio as he was all set to climb Edge honks his horn from his car to distract delrio and christian knocked delrio off ladder onto clay and rodgriguez and then climbs up and gets the belt.

Christian new World Champion his first ever and edge and christian celebrated.

7th match lumberjack tag team championship.

wade barret / jackson v kane bigshow the lumbers interferred at points and in the end big show chokes slams wade for the 123 and was mad jackson didnt come in to break the pin.

8th final match WWE championship. Cena, Miz, Morrison Steel Cage triple threat.

R truth interferred and took out morrison, morrison also fell from the top on to the door of the cage and littearlly could have fell on the floor and won, but he was pulled back in.

bottom line off the top rope Cena used his signature move off the top rope slamming miz for the 1 2 3 Cena new WWE champ his 10th.

overall this PPV was very good better action and 3 titles changed hands

I went to sleep last night at 9:30 so I was curious if they mentioned anything about the Bin Laden news. I don't know what time cable/broadcast news started breaking the story so it may have been too late for them to do so. I was at Armageddon 03 which was the day they caught Sadam. The national anthem and roar before and after was an awesome moment.

After the PPV went off the air, Cena did mention it and gave props to the US Armed Forces.

The next PPV, Over the Limit, will probably end up as the worst PPV of the year in terms of buyrate. They only have a 3 week build for it, and to this point, most of the major feuds have been blown off. To make matters worse, they didn't use the first of the three weeks to do any building. With my knowledge of what happens tomorrow night on Smackdown, the main even will be the only thing noteworthy to have happened this week, and that wouldn't even make sense for a feud.

When I looked at the schedule, I couldn't believe it: two PPV's in one month. This is getting insane. I realize the WWE is much bigger than back in the day, but there are way too many PPV's. Just because you buy out WCW doesn't mean you number of PPV should yours + an amount relative to the WCW PPV's. It just doesn't make sense. I think OTL will be a horrible in terms of buyrate unless they give it a killer main event (Which they won't).

I mean, obviously they are setting up a showdown between John Cena and The Rock for the WWE Title. But I would guess that would be saved for Summerslam.

There's been 2 ppv's in many months for several years. There were times there were like 3 within 6 or 7 weeks and that doesn't count TNA. It has actually dropped in number than there were for a few years.

The match between these two has already been announced. They will be competing at Wrestlemania 28 and not before and it also will not be for the title. Its not needed. Cena will be facing Del Rio at Summer Slam.

they are building the WM match with cena as champ. Now will he have it throughout the year, No. I see Del rio winning it at SS. But I see cena recapure either at survior series or royal rumble.

for those who missed it, NBC universal will replay Smackdown tonight at 9. You will be able to see amazingly the WWE universe pick the World championship match.

Also see Randy orton win it. It's very rare for the world title to change hands on smackdown in a regular match with no interference.

I agree, i think he will lose it at SS as well. I dont think Cena will have it going into mania though. Everyone knows that is a one time match and they dont need the belt for the build up. They will use it to build up another match.

I also agree, the Orton/ Christian match is a must see

thats true, they dont need the belt. But cena keeps promoting that he will have it. the biggest match should be for the ultimate prize.

But lets say this, lets say cena does defend it vs rock at WM would the rock return to full time if he wins the belt.
