Anyone else notice the YES channel sound and picture being very
They did have some momentary trouble but it seems fine now. Are you talking about the SD or HD feed?
yeah I noticed it, getting annoying real quick
SD here and getting worse... should I call or do they find these thing internally?
HD feed on Superfan is fine. Try calling D* or emailing YES.
Every New York channel I experience on satellite. Choppy sound and picture at times and then goes away. Just ignore it.
Just got off the phone with D*... they say known YES network feed problem , should be fixed within 30 minutes....
does the YES channel carry all of the NYY games and how often are they on the channel????
This year so far the YES coverage has far outnumbered the visiting team feeds, which has been great!!
Very true, even got MY9 games this year with EI.
Actually they had some trouble on HD also, but it straighten right back up And the Yankees won
Now if A-Rod could just get that Home Run #500
Yeah, I actually meant to write that. That is the best part of the 2007 EI season: My9!!! That used to drive me crazy last year. That and the Fox exclusivity drove me nuts, but My9 was actually a worse problem, so I'm glad they got that fixed!!!
Yes, that is HUGE. The prime night for me to watch baseball is Friday night and there rarely was a Friday night Yankee game on EI until this year.
A. Love your Avatar (see mine)
B. You need EI in the Garden State to get My9? 609, I guess.
No issues with YES last night on my end. I, too, really like the fact that some MY9 Yankee telecasts are part of EI HD this year. Now, if we could just get the Fox Saturday feeds on EI, that would be really nice, too. This seems to be an MLB and Fox contract issue that we have no say in.
Yes, I am just south of the area that gets NY locals, so I am stuck with Philly. I need EI to get the Yankees on YES and My9.
What I don't understand is why I get SNY and all Mets (ugh) games in the clear. What moronic MLB logic says I am in Mets territory and not Yankees.
Here is a link to a MLB blackout map...
Interesting map above...can't really read the markers since it's so big, though.
On a side note, I'm too tired to rant right now, but I can't believe that AROD's 500th home run is finally hit on the 1 game a week that EI couldn't broadcast....ARRRGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
The small brown strip in central NJ is labeled "NYM NYY PHI". So why do I get SNY and not YES?
For some reason I can't get any of the Yankees games on the yes channel. I will get a msg programming not available in your area or for ordering information call customer service. I can watch up to the actual game, can anyone explain this or tell me what I should do???
I live out of market if that helps
