Hmm...I didn't know that the Yankees and Nets were government-run agencies. I always thought they were for-profit private entities in a capitalistic society.

Tell that to the New Jersey leglislature. They seem to think YES is a protected entity.

Anyone watching Mike and the MadDog right now....apparently during an interview with Jim Dolan for his side of things....YES PULLED the show off the air and ran another program until the interview was over...and now Mike and Dog are both RIPPING YES.....They are major league pissed off....

Hahaha...that's gotta be tough for the Yankees fans who thought they were finally going to see Opening Day. Looks like Cablevision subs will miss some, if not all, of the season again.

A message to my fellow New Yorkers regarding the YES Network this season: FUUUUUHHHHGET ABOUT IT!!!

This to me is so funny! I didn't know that watching sports was something that required congressional (albeit state) action. I didn't know that watching baseball and basketball were "rights."
