Young DirecTV Tech came to our home for the second time in three weeks. Really nice, polite Tecnician but one brick short of a load. On the first appointment he forget his latter. The second time he was getting ready to work when his phone rang. The homeowner at his previous appointment called to tell him he had left his tool bag. Oh, he also had lost his official DTV ID. LMAO. Like I said, he was a nice young Tech.

I had a young plumber like that a few years ago. He did a good job once he got started to work.

A couple of times he looked around a little bit and then wrote down some things and went to Lowes to get them. It was 10 by the time he started to work. He lived close to Lowes. I told him if he would have made his list before he left yesterday that he could have went to Lowes before he came here and probably saved an hour minimum.
I was glad it was a contract job.

Apparently if you can breathe on your own, you qualify as a tech at DirecTV. Not sure breathing is a requirement for their CSRs?
