Is there a way to get all the DNS channels (389 to 399) for your RV? Even the Los Angeles feeds as well as the New York ones?

If someone uses, let's say, Straight talk home phone service with the receivers, will the data transmission/receiving between DirecTV and the receiver work? EDIT: I am not talking about an internet connection, I'm talking about a cellular phone connection.
