The "0:-59" timecode has nothing to do with your unit's internal clock, it's got to do with the timecode created by the s/w for the specific recording. That kind of fubar'd timecode is the hallmark of the classic "unwatchable" bug - check out the 0xFA issues thread "stickied" to the top of this forum. We had a rash of these after trying to record the NFL HD game Thursday night. Had to do a red-button reset the next day and now our box is fine again. If resetting doesn't fix things for you, it might be time to try a full reformat of the drive.
