101, 110, 119 all have strong signals (79 - 100) but 103 is in the 0 - 30 range, mostly hovering around the teens for all transponders. It was fine until two days ago.

Could this be a case of needing to replace the whatchamacallits on the back of the HR20-700? Forgive me, the name escapes me. What you screw the coax cables into which screws into the unit.

I restarted the unit last night but it made no difference. I assume that because the other sats are so strong it has nothing to do with dish alignment or LOS.

NYCEGUY01 and boba probably have this one right. It is likely that your dish needs a small adjustment. The Ka band, utilized by 103(c), is narrower than the Ku band making the situation you describe very possible.

The two most likely "sudden events" are that the mounting plate lag screws have loosened, causing the EL to drop, or that the main dish mount bracket bolts are slightly loose, allowing the wind to blow the dish off AZ on the mast.

If the mounting plate screws are loose, you can probably get away temporarily with just re-tightening them, and the dish will come back into alignment. Then you'll have to figure out how to keep that from happening again.

If the dish spun slightly on the mast, mark its current position with a Sharpie before trying to move it by hand. Since you currently have 103(c) signals, you can just re-tighten the mast bolt brackets and then re-peak a 103(c) transponder using the receiver's Signal Meters menu selection with the AZ fine adjustment bolt, after loosening its two lock down bolts. The EL fine adjustment bolt can be similarly adjusted, if necessary.
