The 622 will not do 2 HDTV's. The TV2 will only be 480i and HD content will be downconverted on the 2nd TV.Apothecon said:I have 2 high def tv's and 2 standard def tv's.Can I get 2 VIP622's so I can have dvr functionality on both ?If not, Can I at least get a 211 ? Thanks
I read the OP to say He wants to get two 622's to go to two HDTVs (as in one 622 for each HDTV) and use each 622 to also feed a (the two) SDTV. I believe he is asking if he can't get two 622's then can he can get one 622 and one 211.Slacker242 said:The 622 will not do 2 HDTV's. I have 2 622's and I had to pay the $200 for the second one only. I have top pay the rental fee but I would for any unit.Rob Glasser said:You can always get 2 622's if you want. However, DISH may only lease you one. The other you may have to buy. If you want to stick with leasing directly from DISH I'm sure you won't have a problem getting a 622 and a 211. It really comes down to how much you want to spend and what functionality you are looking for.
