Two HDTV's can be connected to the 622 and get HDTV on both, the problem is they must both watch the same channel (use HDMI for 1, component for the other). And you are limited by the effective length of the cables.

You can always get 2 622's if you want. However, DISH may only lease you one. The other you may have to buy. If you want to stick with leasing directly from DISH I'm sure you won't have a problem getting a 622 and a 211. It really comes down to how much you want to spend and what functionality you are looking for.

I have 2 622's and I had to pay the $200 for the second one only. I have top pay the rental fee but I would for any unit.
