3 Different Shows Saturday night "Cancelled because channel became unavailable (6)"

2 on NBC HD locals and 1 on CBS HD locals....none were overlapping and I never had more than one thing recording at a time.

This is not the first time this has happened....it's happened like 5 times in the past 3 weeks

Do we know what causes this?????????????
