A keyword search for 30SKIP should do it... No need to go into the edgecutter menu...
30 sec skip enabling
I had to reformat my hard drive a while back and never went back through the activation procedure for 30-sec-skip. I'm currently on the nat'l release that rolled out this week (HR20-700). Can someone remind me how I enable 30 sec skip. I've tried searching keyword "30skip" and then pressing Menu/Info on the front panel, but only get the IAMANEDEGCUTTER screen relating to fixing playlist sort options.

As AirRocker said. Do a keyword search for 30SKIP-->continue-->and exit.
And make sure it's a keyword search on "All"
Thanks everyone. I figured out that searching on 30skip actually worked - I had thought it wasn't because it didn't take me to a menu to literally enable skip.
