I've got a 622 that runs in the main living room and also hooked up to the master baedroom TV. No problems.
There is also a 322 in my son's room that also runs to the downstairs TV. No problems.
Then there's my good old 311. It works fine, however the guide ALWAYS shows 'no info available'.
It's not that big of a deal, since I know where all the channels are, but it's a pain.
What can be causing this, and how can it be fixed?
Thanks for any answers.

My 311 always has to download program info the first time you hit "guide" after being off any longer than overnight. It didn't used to be that way. I've done soft reboots and it didn't help. Check switch shows everything is OK. Anyone else seeing this?

Pull the power plug for 30 seconds or more. Plug it back in. It should acquire satellite signal and download a new guide. Watch to see that it does these.
Yep. Just did that, and it's currently downloading program info now.
Never used to do this.
It's because I switched to Directv for 9 months...it's getting even with me!
