Since 365, I've had nothing but trouble. More pixelization, audio drops, and now my caller ID only works maybe 1 out of every 4 times. All of this happened when they went from 360/363 up to 365. Anyone know when the next firmware update is going to be. I heard "very soon" two weeks ago.

There is no set time for new updates. They just come when they come. Could be an hour from now, could be two months from now.

Well.. I don't think anyone knows and not sure where you heard 2 weeks ago but anything I hear relating to Dish software releases I would take with a grain of salt. Here is a thread discussion how often to add some value here.
