3d movies on hbo max starz and sho

will directv ever have movies that are made in 3d? i'm sure alot of folks with 3d tv's would like this, twc has hbo on demand in 3d now.:)

Not broadcast anytime soon. They have channels 103,104.106,107 that have looped 3d content. That's about it.

Hes talking about directv getting hbo on demand which has them.

Like fios has a bunch of hbo & starz 3d movies on demand.
There are 3D movies in DirecTV On Demand.

The hbo on demand 3d thats in the thread title for example comes free with the hbo subscription already.

There are? I looked for them and didn't see them. Was gonna order Journey 2 in 3D and watch with my son.

Apparently HBO doesn't provide those to DirecTV though. DirecTV doesn't control what content the providers put on their servers, they just provide that content to us.

Wednesday 6am (Eastern) on channel 104 is the first showing of Journey 2 in 3D.

I found that using search on my DVR. :D

It's also possible that DirecTV did not want to pay an additional fee for access to the 3D content.
