I just got off the phone with advanced tech support. I called to find out why my HR10 has not been updated. The tech said the update comes from Tivo via modem and not DirecTV via satellite as reported in many threads here.
I'm thinking the tech rep is wrong... Hmmm ... anybody else get this info from DirecTV?:eek2:
